HP Pavilion Desktop Computer

As-Is: 
Manufactured in ~2007. Very old and very slow, needs upgrades to be usable. 
Currently powered by an AM2 AMD Athlon 64 X2 CPU (Dual-Core) and just 1GB of DDR2 RAM (512mb+512mb)
On board NVIDIA C51 (GeForce 6150 LE) graphics processor.

Potential ways to improve performance: Upgrading RAM, Replacing HDD Storage with SSD. Re-applying thermal paste. 

VGA and DVI output only, no HDMI or DisplayPort. (Not included)

Running a fresh install of Linux Mint (XFCE).
