Refunds & Returns
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we currently do not offer any formal warranty.
Returns are only accepted if the item has been misrepresented or is faulty on arrival. Otherwise, all sales are final.
We do our best to package items safely for shipping. However, Common Exchange is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit. Please request shipping insurance to be added to the shipping quote if the item is of high value or is fragile. If any damage is done, the shipping company will provide compensation if insurance is added to the shipping package.
All items that are put out for sale by Common Exchange are tested and inspected. On request, Common Exchange staff are able to demo any item by video or in-person at our store location.
Some items for sale on our website aren't in working order. Any items that are being sold AS-IS, are missing accessories or have any problems will be marked as such. More details will be available in the description of said items. There are no returns on these items.
