Makita Dual 18V Battery Charger

For use with both Li-Ion (14.4V + 18V) and Ni-MH (7.2V + 14.4V) Battery Types.
Both chargers are working, except right side does not self-cool, but still charges slowly (the manual mentions this would be the behaviour as well). The fan for second port may just need to be cleaned.
