AS-IS: In rough condition (very scratched), ticking is inconsistent (sometimes double ticking, sometimes single ticking). Attached image of scratches is exaggerated with a flashlight. Kinetic means quartz that is charged by movement, similar to automatics except energy is transferred to quartz instead of the spring.
